So now that she has gone out and fixed it already, I am left with no other choice then leave my amazing Tiffany´s plan and be as creative as herself and buy I gift that shows how deeply I know and appriciate her. I´m thinking a bottle of vodka and a bottle of FRESHLY squeesed cranberry juice? An engraved bottle for her inner pockets?
My number one classics are champagme, flowers and macaroons!
With a thoughfull friend as myself she should look forward to a well planned and unique present. Oh yes, my gift will rock all the others.

Lunchtime Drinks
It is 2.30pm and Tina, Matilde and myselv are currently enjoying a lovely lunch. One which has made me question what´s too early to have a drink? Matilde clearly think 2.10pm is completely fine! On the other hand in her world a little glass of Chardonnay for breakfast is just another day in the life of Matilde. Instead of living by the rule of one glass a day, she´s more like the "one-glass-an-hour" kind of girl. But HEY, no judgements! Here I am considering a Long Island icetea to go with my midday meal. How says you can´t enjoy a little fluid of life to get your through the day? For now, I´ll wait until tonight when no one can keep my away from my Long Islands!!

The day has come when it is time to plan my big 2 - 0 Birthday Party. Oh how I have look forward to finally go clubbing legally in the amazing nightlife in Oslo....
So I´ve chosen to celebrate with my dear friend Tina. And in my mind, when events such as this one comes along, one can never over do it. That´s my punchline, my guidance, my life long goal! Well, or so I tought until my darling Tina came along and suggested a small, cozy gathering with our closest friends! What the hell is the point with a 20TH B-DAY BASH if it is not going to be extragavant and lush. I was thinking 300 guests, fireworks, dancers, a 3 day party, ME (and Tina) as the centre of attention! OH YES.

Oh well, Tina will have to surrender on this one... A part from me already agreeing to this event consisting of a no more than 50 people. This might end horribly. Close friends.. Imagine having to spend 3 long hours dining with people you actually like, rather then with random people who drink your champagne.
A champagne brunch is what we agreed on. Or I agreed, Tina gave up on me and my hopless (her words) dreams. She tried to make me cave on this whole idea of everyone having to drink champagne, but god damn it, I will NOT let them serve Cava. No way. Next mayor point on my list is the outfits. Oh yes, we shall all match as if we were going to a bloody funeral. IT´S NOT LIKE WE´RE HAVING THIS BIRTHDAY TO HAVE FUN.
So white is the color of choice. How I will force the men to show up in white suits, I have yet to figure out. But as long as they don´t bring a bottle of Cava as a birthday present, they will still make it through security. And for now Tina has actually planned a lovely brunch with lovely friends in a lovely venue with lovely drinks, but I´m still crossing my fingers for fireworks... dancers... and 3 days of partying (which Tina never would say no to;)
